Shipping Policy

We are a UK based company that ships worldwide.

From the 1st July 2021, all orders* sent to an EU member state will incur additional import VAT charges. fees vary depending on individual border requirements but are commonly around 20% of your total order cost, including postage. A royal mail handling fee may also be charged. VelvetWebLashes are not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any import fees incurred.

 

Please allow up to 7 days for items to be processed and dispatched during busy periods. If you would like an estimated dispatch time prior to purchasing, please feel free to send us an email or message us on Instagram. 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

UK - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For is the default postage option. There are option to upgrade your postage at checkout. (Price calculated at checkout)

EVERYWHERE ELSE - Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed is the default postage option. (Price calculated at checkout depending on destination country)

It is at the customer's discretion to select the appropriate shipping option based on individual requirements.

 

RETURN TO SENDER

If your item is returned to VelvetWeb Lashes due to an incorrect shipping address, postcode or any other contact information that is required, it is the customers responsibility to pay additional postage fees for their order to be re-sent. This also includes orders that have not been collected after delivery has been attempted and failed. . If an item is returned to VelvetWebLashes, the customer will be directly contacted to arrange an appropriate solution.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect prior to your order being fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing velvetweb@outlook.com with your order number and correct shipping details.

VelvetWebLashes are not liable for any tax/custom/import fees that may apply once the parcel has reached the requested destination. Recipients are liable for all tax, customs and import fees that may apply.
